Here are some simple steps:
Diagnose what has happened
Find out what part has been damaged and prepare a photo of the damage. A photo sometimes explains more than a thousand words.
Report a problem
You can do this in the way that is most convenient for you:
log in to the ERP system
and click on the Report comment / Service link in the order list, then describe the problem and be sure to attach photos

Wait for spare parts or repair instructions
We will contact you as soon as possible. In some cases, we send you a short video explaining how to fix the item.
Sometimes it happens that you can see exactly what has been damaged, but you cannot name the part. We have prepared a glossary of spare parts with picture for you.
