Cans, bottles, vials… – inflatable custom products
It so happens that the most popular custom product is all kinds of beverage packaging. Thus, we have bottles, cans or vials to our credit, prepared domestic and foreign customers. Some of them order the products on a regular basis, so we can show them off in a variety of graphic designs. We produce inflatable beverage packaging in both constant-pressure and fan versions.
Inflatable product replicas – other shapes
However, nothing prevents us from creating other shapes – characters, animals, letters, arches in intriguing shapes. The only thing to bear in mind is that the inflatable doesn’t have right angles, you need some kind of hard frame to get them! Here, too, we have our ways of creating flat bottoms, caps, etc.

As we have already mentioned custom inflatables are prepared in two technologies. The first of these is fan inflatables. It offers a wide range of possibilities and extremely interesting shapes. We make a cover out of durable polyester fabric, which is filled with air from a constantly running fan. This is the perfect solution when you want to achieve a complex shape – to represent your product or create a character such as a brand hero.
The second solution is a constant-pressure inflatable, which has an air-filled TPU film ‘balloon’ inside. A cover is placed over the ‘balloon’.
Depending on your needs, the covering either fits tightly to the insert or is merely stretched over the inflatable tubes with a frame. We use the former solution especially when we create bottles or cans. The second way allows for flat surfaces on the top and possibly right angles on the side surfaces (we use this construction in our tables and counters, among others). In this way, we can create inflatable cuboids, columns with an ellipse or kidney-shaped base and top. An inflatable with a gas-tight insert does not need to be permanently connected to a power source, it only needs to be inflated once with a pump and it is ready!
